| Tell Us About the Institutional Training Needs in Sub-Saharan Africa! Microfinance Gateway users report that training and online learning opportunities are of high importance to them. In response, CGAP is developing The Gateway Academy, an online learning platform that will offer training programs for staff within financial service providers. To help us design this exciting project, CGAP is conducting a survey about the training needs for staff of financial service providers working in Sub-Saharan Africa. This survey, which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, will help us understand what topics you think are important for professional development.
